Cervical Spondylosis
Cervical spondylosis is caused by degeneration of spinal discs in the neck (cervical spine),wear and tear of the bones (vertebrae), discs, and joints.
The dehydration and shrinking of discs lead to the development of osteoarthritis signs, such as bone spurs along bone edges.
Around 50% of adults in their middle years and older have worn discs that do not hurt. By the age 40, the delicate ligament inside the spinal plates lose strength and start evaporating due to expanded vata. Evaporating of these circles prompts contact of the vertebrae brings about disturbance and sometimes causes herniation of plate. Further irritation of the vata dosha may likewise cause firmness of the tendons and bone prods which brings about torment.
